At Oh My Pleasure we provide a wide range of sexuality related counseling and education services.
Our therapists are trained in a sexual health model that focuses on increasing sexual pleasure and decreasing feelings of guilt and shame associated with sexuality and relationships. We work with individuals, couples, and many other relationship arrangements to help improve overall communication, well-being, and sexual wellness. Our mission is to spread sexual empowerment to help individuals from all walks of life have the sex lives they’ve always wanted. Our therapists also have extensive education and experience working with mood disorders, substance abuse, and trauma recovery. We offer group, individual, and couples(+) counseling to meet a variety of needs, and would love to speak with you about your specific concerns.
We believe that sexual health is an integral part of overall wellness, and are concerned with the lack of sexuality education in our schools and communities.
In 2025 Oh My Pleasure launched a training and education venture to help meet this need in the Southwest and across the country. We offer a variety of webinars and workshops to anyone seeking more knowledge of sexual empowerment and wellness, as well as more specific training and consultation services for therapists and other clinicians who wish to expand their awareness of sexuality interventions and become more empowering for their clients.
All services are developed and supervised by the founder of Oh My Pleasure, Jennifer Monninger, LCSW, CST.
Jennifer is an AASECT certified sex therapist and holds certificates in sex therapy and sexuality education from the University of Michigan. Jennifer has been a practicing therapist since 2009 and has focused her practice on sexual health and sex therapy since 2018. Oh My Pleasure is guided by a belief in the Six Principles of Sexual Health, with an emphasis on the sixth principle: pleasure. The goal of Oh My Pleasure is to help individuals and couples from all walks of life to increase pleasure and desire in their sex life, and to connect with pleasure in new and interesting ways.
Jennifer is also a wife and mother, with a passion for supporting couples in the early stages of parenting. She has personal experience with birth trauma, prematurity, NICU trauma, and parenting a child with special needs, and loves to help parents find space for pleasure and independence no matter what their parenting situation may be. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys tennis, pilates, hiking and biking, live music and film, and spending time with her family and friends.

Seth Gehrking
Seth specializes in infidelity repair and relational trauma, as well as parenting transitions and the impacts of parenthood on mental health and relationships. Seth also has a background working with addictive behaviors including substance abuse, problem gambling, and out of control sexual behavior and compulsive pornography use. Seth's approach is strengths based and client centered, and he utilizes a combination of CBT DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing as well as sex therapy approaches. Seth is also experienced in working with severe mental illness and general mental health concerns, and is prepared to support his clients in navigating the impact of mental health difficulties on their relationships.
In his personal life, Seth is the father of 3 children and has lived experience navigating the challenges of early parenting and adjustment to fatherhood. Seth has an LMSW and is under supervision of Jennifer Monninger, LCSW, CST, the practice owner and a certified sex therapist. Seth is working towards independent licensure and sex therapy certification candidacy.
